Policies
Before booking, please take a moment to review our policies so you know what to expect before your appointment. Our policies help ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client, including important information about bookings, cancellations, late arrivals, and appointment preparation. By booking, you agree to the policies listed below.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be sent within 24 hours of booking. This will be deposited from the total at your appointment. Deposits can be sent by e-transfer to shiningsmilesottawa@gmail.com

Any cancellation or rescheduling must have a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a loss of deposit. A new deposit will need to be sent in order to rebook.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $10 fee will be applied to the service. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
